The Rhino Youth Home provides a safe, loving home for young people in need in South Africa. Through daily care, education, discipleship, and personal mentorship, we want children to know they are loved and to hear the hope of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
This ministry grows out of the needs we encounter through our local churches, Camp Rhino, and other outreach. Our desire is to provide stability, build meaningful relationships, and help young people grow in their faith and prepare for life.
HELP CARE FOR A CHILD
Care sponsorship: US$125 a month.
Help cover the cost of caring for a child at the Rhino Youth Home. This sponsorship supports the child’s day-to-day care; school fees are a separate need.

School sponsorship: US$100 a month.
Sponsor a youth-home child’s monthly school bill to attend Bay Baptist Academy. School sponsorship is an additional need, separate from the US$125 monthly care sponsorship.
You can sponsor a child’s care, school fees, or both. Care and school together total US$225 per child per month.
How to become a sponsor
- For care sponsorship, open the Rhino Youth Home giving page using the care button above. For school sponsorship, contact Mark to confirm the giving designation.
- Choose what you would like to sponsor: care at US$125 per month, Bay Baptist Academy school fees at US$100 per month, or both at US$225 per month. Contact Mark to confirm the school-giving designation.
- For ongoing sponsorship, use the recurring-giving option during checkout. If you need help setting it up, contact Vision Missions.
- Contact Mark if you would like to discuss sponsoring a particular child or learn which children currently need sponsors.

Pray with us
Pray for the children to trust Christ and grow in their understanding of God’s Word. Pray for wisdom, patience, and strength for those caring for them, and for faithful support to meet the home’s needs.
Care sponsorship gifts go to the youth-home fund rather than directly to a child. Vision Baptist Missions administers gifts under its giving policies; if the project’s needs are met or it cannot proceed, funds may support other ministry work. Read Vision Missions’ giving information.
