Happy Easter! I want to take a moment and just praise Jesus for paying my sin debt and dying on the cross! I’m glad that He didn’t stay on the cross! I’m glad He didn’t stay in the grave! I’m glad that Jesus Christ raised Himself up again! God in the flesh, laid His own life down, and raised it up again! Glory to God!
I would also take a moment and praise the Lord for His continued grace and comfort in my life! It has been 5 months since dad passed away. There are days that the thought still steals the breathe away, and my heart sinks to my stomach. But those days are overshadowed and encompassed by days of great grace! Just the other day, I was able to put flowers on dad’s newly laid headstone. I was comforted by knowing that he would have been pleased with it. I was able to think about all the memories I have of a great earthly dad that sacrificed so much for me! I thought about how one day, the trump of God will sound, his grave will open up, and we will see our Savior face to face in the air! Oh how awesome it would be to be placing flowers on dad’s grave on THAT DAY!

Last month, God increased our support level by $200 and a total of 3 new partnering churches! I am excited and anticipating even greater things from our Lord in the coming months. We had the privilege of being with some of the most loving pastors and churches in the world! I am often humbled by the sacrificial generosity of God’s people.
Over the next several weeks, I’d ask you to pray for a couple of things:
- Pray for our travels and schedule.
Our schedule is full, but we are always looking for extra services, conferences, and opportunities to present our burden for South Africa! - Pray for our support.
We are well on our way to reaching South Africa! God is truly blessing our labor and diligence! My prayer is that He will expedite our progress so that we can begin preaching the Gospel to the Xhosa people before it is everlastingly too late! - Pray for Revival in our land!
We have been in churches all across this country and have encountered within each a great desire to see a moving of God in our country! I believe that God can and will answer the fervent prayers of His people, and that we can once again see preachers and missionaries sent out, the lost saved, and families that are raised up to serve in the local church! I want to commit myself to praying each day for personal revival, revival in our churches, and revival in our nation. Will you join me in this prayer?
Thank you for your love, and continued support for my family!
