Dear Praying Friends,
It was a blessing to be at missions conferences and other meetings in Iowa, Tennessee, Kentucky, and California in October. During a missions/youth conference in Iowa, it was exciting to see some of the Beyond Borders missionary training with Bro. Matt Stahlman in action. There was a lot of practical training and it was a time for the young people to experience a little bit of what it would be like to be on the mission field in difference circumstances.
Children are so precious to me and I was thrilled to be able to teach many children’s classes in October. There is nothing like seeing how God is working the the hearts of young people. There was a particular instance in October where I was reminded of the love of God towards children as I witnessed a Pastor care for a child who fell down. While that Pastor was talking with someone and could have let someone else take care of it, there wasn’t even a moment of hesitation to care for the child. The tenderness and love shown reminded me of Matthew 19:14 where Jesus said “…Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven”. I am thankful for the time that God allows me to spend with children. I am praying that He would help me to show them love like He would.
Thank you for praying for God to bring in the needed support to be able to leave for South Africa. I am at 76% of my needed support and I am praying that God would allow me to head to South Africa in January. Please pray for safety as I travel to meetings in Arizona and Kentucky this month.
As we enter this season of “thanksgiving”, I want to express how thankful I am for each of you who pray for me and the ministry in South Africa so faithfully. It means so much to me and I know that it is because of the grace of God and prayers of His people that I am where I am today. Thank you!

– Please pray that God would provide the remaining support that is needed.

– I am praising God that my passport has been renewed!
– I am praising the Lord for allowing me to partner with new churches this month.
– I am thankful to God for His safety as I travel.
